ATI Expands Footprint With ProCare Solutions Acquisition
ANAHEIM, Calif.—November 5, 2021—ATI Restoration, a national restoration, environmental remediation, and reconstruction services company, recently acquired ProCare Solutions, a regional restoration firm. The ProCare Solutions acquisition expands ATI’s footprint into the Southeast with two ProCare offices in Nashville, Tenn. and Russellville, Ky.
Founded in 2012 by Wayne Hudspath and Gus Timbers, ProCare predominantly services the residential market segment with construction and mitigation work after water, fire, mold, and other biohazard damage. “ProCare is a great brand to bring under the ATI families of business and offers us growth in new markets,” said Jeff Moore, president of ATI. “ProCare will bolster our offerings to our existing clients with locations in the Southeast and further define our footprint with new business.”
Established in 1989, ATI is the nation’s largest family-operated disaster recovery services firm, operating 24 locations from coast to coast with over 1200 employees. The ProCare Solutions acquisition is its third, having previously acquired Mark 1 Restoration and QFB Property Restoration late last year. The acquisitions are part of ATI’s accelerated growth strategy, and the Company expects additional growth before the end of 2021.
“After observing the evolution of the restoration industry, we decided that now was the right time to develop a partnership with a larger firm so that we can remain relevant in our market,” said Gus Timbers, co-founder of ProCare. Hudspath, Timbers, and the ProCare management team will remain on staff.
