Violand program approved for IICRC CEC

CANTON, OH — Violand Management Associates (VMA) announced that IICRC has approved two Continuing Education Credits (CEC) in the cleaning/restoration, or inspection, or master categories for their highly successful Sales Force Development program, according to a press release.

Facilitated by VMA Business Development Advisor Tom Cline and SalesOctane Founder and President Jim Ryerson, the class offers instruction on essential sales behaviors and strategies, and shows how to implement them in eight unique segments of the restoration industry, the release stated.

According to the release, the program is offered in January and August each year and is capped at 10 participants per class.

Instruction is given on identifying prospects, opening doors, advancing the sale, networking, relationship building, documentation, accountability and more, the release noted.
