Violand Management Associates hires new business development advisor

NORTH CANTON, OH — Violand Management Associates (VMA) recently named John Monroe its newest business development advisor, according to a press release.

Bringing more than 30 years of industry-related experience with him, Monroe previously worked as a sales executive for a Fortune 500 floor covering manufacturer and has a Bachelor of Economics from Clemson University. Monroe also found success a commercial kitchen exhaust restoration and cleaning company owner.

The new hire comes as a response to VMA’s growing list of restoration and cleaning clients, allowing them to “continue to aid their… clients in developing their professional abilities and sustaining profitable growth within their businesses.”

“John’s experience also includes operating his own sales management consultancy to help companies retool their selling strategies, business plans and sales management skills with the goal of sustained sales excellence in any economic condition,” VMA added in the release. “His ability to develop, motivate and oversee top-performing teams focused on exceeding goals in the areas of sales, cost control and new business development has proven beneficial to helping clients with their businesses.
