Steamatic Inc. announces new Cuyahoga Valley franchise
FORT WORTH, TX — Steamatic Inc. has sold a new franchise in the Cuyahoga Valley, OH, area, located south of Cleveland, according to a press release.
“The difference between Steamatic and other restoration franchises is that the individual Steamatic locations support each other rather than competing with each other,” Steamatic of Cuyahoga Valley owner Adam Koziatek said in the release, regarding his choice of franchisor. “I also appreciate that Steamatic offers larger territories than many other companies.”
A longtime business owner, Koziatek has owned Clevland’s Koziatek Construction for more than eight years, which will continue to offer its restoration services under its own name. He decided that aligning his business with the Steamatic brand would complement and approve his existing construction company.
“Adam’s hard work ethic and dedication to getting the job done aligns perfectly with Steamatic,” Steve Willis, president of Steamatic Inc, said in the release. “Servicing the Cleveland and northern Ohio area definitely fills a void for Steamatic and will allow customers in Ohio to experience the quality and professionalism Steamatic is known for.”
After a two-week training course at Steamatic University at the Fort Worth corporate offices, Koziatek has returned to formally open the new franchise location.
“Koziatek looked at multiple restoration companies when setting out on this new path,” Steamatic said in the release. “Ultimately he selected Steamatic as the best opportunity and the one that most closely matched his needs.”
