With over a decade of experience in business development within both the cleaning and restoration industries, Heiber brings knowledge of finding and fomenting opportunities for business expansion.

“As we experience remarkable growth opportunities around the country, we knew we needed to bring on additional resources,” said Steve Willis, president of Steamatic. “Ellen was the perfect candidate for the position; she’s extremely customer focused and detail-oriented, and her extensive experience in working with carriers and implementing vendor programs is invaluable. “

Willis added, “She will be a tremendous asset to our franchise system, and even more importantly, to our national clients.”

In the position, Heiber will work to manage and expand Steamatic’s relationships with insurance carriers throughout the country as well as oversee marketing support for the entire franchise system. She joins Steamatic after leaving a similar role with another restoration provider.

“I am extremely honored to be joining the Steamatic family, specifically at such an exciting time for the company.” Heiber said in the release. “Steamatic has been a well-respected company within this industry for many, many years. I look forward to contributing to their growth and expansion throughout the U.S. and working with the exceptional team already in place.”
