ServiceMonster expands into Australia
BELLINGHAM, WA — ServiceMonster, business software provider for cleaning professionals, recently expanded its service offering to Australia, according to a press release.
All ServiceMonster software tools available to U.S. customers, including customer management, marketing, scheduling and more, will be available now in Australia as well.
“We are really looking forward to moving into the Australian market,” ServiceMonster Co-founder and CEO Joe Kowalski said in the release. “There are so many great carpet cleaning businesses in Australia, and we’re excited to offer them the same business-building tools that US- and New Zealand-based ServiceMonster users have been enjoying for years.”
In addition to the new services in Australia, ServiceMonster also is working to produce a FillMySchedule (FMS) program in Australia since the automated direct mail program has been so successful in the U.S with customers who want to implement a simple follow-up system.
The Australian market also will experience the same unlimited free training, support and upgrades U.S. users are offered.
