ServiceMonster adds mobile payment-processing feature
BELLINGHAM, WA —ServiceMonster recently announced it had released a new payment processing feature, which allows ServiceMonster users to process credit card payments in the mobile version, according to a press release.
“We developed the payment processing feature so that we could include any merchant or gateway our customers request,” Joe Kowalski, ServiceMonster co-founder and CEO, said in the release. “Other credit card merchants are currently on our radar as well.”
ServiceMonster expects the new software to offer users improved workflow.
“The ServiceMonster team is continually looking for ways to improve and is always listening to the ideas and suggestions of users, with the goal of helping field service businesses along the path to success,” the company said in the release.
With the new software, ServiceMonster users will be able to process card payments through Authorize.net.
