Cleanfax contributors often write about the need for businesses to employ service diversification, like expanding into hard floor care, duct cleaning, bio-hazard cleanup, etc. However, many highly successful businesses still stick to the “doing one thing really well” idea. And some businesses who offered a wide variety of services have failed.
