FRSTeam appoints Simon Broad

HAYWARD, CA — Fabric Restoration Service Team Inc. (FRSTeam) recently announced that Simon Broad will be its new vice president of operations, according to a press release.

Broad, a 25-year veteran of franchise support across multiple industries, will join FRSTeam’s executive team at its corporate headquarters in Hayward, CA.

At FRSTeam, Broad will focus on unit growth of the franchise as a whole, sales growth of individual locations and creating strong relationships and satisfaction among franchisees.

Prior to joining FRSTeam, Broad was vice president of business development and vice president of franchise operations for Banfield Pet Hospital in Portland, OR, and most recently was the principal of an independent consulting business.

He holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in law and economics.

“Simon’s experience with franchise operational issues and small business consulting will enhance our insight and expertise as our franchise continues to grow,” FRSTeam president Jim Nicholas said in the release. “We have expanded our team with several new licensees in recent months and are proud to be recognized as a leader in our industry.”

FRSTeam, a national provider of fabric restoration services with more than 56 licensee locations in the U.S. and Canada, recently made Inc. Magazine’s list of the 5,000 fastest-growing, privately held companies in America for the third year in a row with a three-year growth rate of 43 percent.
