First General celebrates grand opening of St. John’s office

ST. JOHN'S, NEWFOUNDLAND — First General is pleased to announce the launch of First General St. John’s, which will serve the Avalon Peninsula. First General has over 55 locations across Canada. We are excited to be expanding our service to Newfoundland. Glen Button and Stephen Chaulk are the owners of our newest office, and we are thrilled to have their expertise on the First General team.
 
Glen has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, including property management and restoration. Glen has worked extensively on expertise in the restoration industry, he is: IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Fire & Smoke Restoration (SRT); certified for Advanced Xactimate Estimating; and certified by the Content Restoration Network (CCRN) for soft content restoration. Stephen has over 13 years of experience in the construction industry, with the past four focused on restoration work. Stephen has earned certification in: Fire Damage Restoration (SRT), Water Damage Restoration (WTR), and Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT) from IICRC; and soft content restoration by the Content Restoration Network.
