Most, if not all, disaster restoration companies have experienced insurance claims being denied, which means payment for their work is delayed, if not in complete jeopardy. Sometimes a legal battle then ensues.

And now, a new twist may be developing. According to Kevin Jones, the owner of the I-40 Structural Drying Academy, and a consultant in the restoration industry, as corporate funds dry up, the industry may see more denied claims.
