MADISON, WI — Therma-Stor LLC recently announced two open positions within its Sante Fe Products line sales staff, according to a press release.
The open positions with Therma Store, parent company of Phoenix Restoration Equipment, are account manager and director of sales.
Account manager: This position is “directly responsible for implementation of a sales strategy to improve sales, increase brand awareness and foster customer loyalty,” and it requires:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience;
- 3-5 years outside, multi-state sales experience;
- Communication, information gathering and problem solving/analytical skills;
- Preferred industry knowledge.
Director of sales: This position leads “the efforts to increase the sales and profitability of the Santa Fe brand of products,” and it requires:
- A bachelor’s degree or directly relevant experience equivalent (master’s degree preferred);
- 5-7 years sales management experience;
- Development and execution skills for strategic sales expansion plans;
- Ability to identify new markets and product ideas;
- A proven track record managing sales force(s).
