Legend Brands revamps tech support with expert teams

BURLINGTON, WA — The company believes customers will be excited about the new level of support it now offers.


BURLINGTON, WA — Legend Brands has expanded and strengthened its customer support across all brands by building teams of experts with which to assist its customers, according to a press release.

“We're excited about the changes,” Legend Brands Chief Revenue Officer John Ormsby said in the release, “And [we] believe that customers will be also when they see how our powerful new team is poised to support customers at an all-new level.”

The company has created “a new product management team that provides enhanced technical support, product training and business development for Legend Brands distributors and customers, which includes Bob Kline (executive vice president of products), John Otero (director of restoration products), Don Snider (director of chemical products), Ron Britton (director of cleaning products) and Werner Buchman (director of chemical research and development).

Legend product management experts include Rick Aranda,Bryan Thompson, Thom Fielding, Darren Hudema, Pat Muller, Gary Polyoka and Mike Kerner.

The new sales account mangers team includes Dorrel Allsop, director of sales, and Mike Redd, Mike Ellis, Justin Brinkley, Ben Damiani and Darren Watts, all account managers. Jim Hassi, director of strategic accounts, will now also manage strategic account activities.

Richard Price will remain in his role working with distributors of ODORx, Microban and Unsmoke. Likewise, Brad Guth, ProRestore Products national sales manager and account manager for maintenance, repair and operations distributors, will remain in his current position with Legend.

All Legend Brands activities outside the U.S. and Canada are now managed by Director of International Business Steve Fane.
