MOUNT LAUREL, NJ — The National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) recommends that industry professionals invest in employee development through the NADCA Certification Program, according to a press release.

Since the association formed in 1989, NADCA has been the leader in providing education and training to technicians and contractors in the HVAC maintenance, cleaning and restoration industry, the release stated.

According to the release, through the NADCA Certification Program, industry professionals have the opportunity to earn the highest level of certification, as an Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS).

"By equipping your company with multiple certified technicians on staff, you can set your business apart from the competition," said Bill Benito, ASCS, CVI, president of NADCA.

"Homeowners and building managers are interested in hiring the company that is the most reliable and the most qualified for the job. With heightened public awareness of the dangers of indoor air pollution and the need for home energy efficiency, the demand for professional HVAC system cleaning has increased dramatically," Benito added.

The NADCA Certification Program helps to ensure that professionals in the industry possess the knowledge and expertise needed for performing these services, the release noted.
