BERKLEY, MI — CRDN has added two new staff members to its corporate management team: Shawn Fair, director of training, and David Grant, national sales manager, according to a press release.
As Director of Training, Fair is responsible for the development and implementation of internal and external training, enabling CRDN to enhance the breadth and depth of its educational programs, the release stated.
According to the release, prior to joining CRDN, Fair spent 15 years in executive sales, management and training in the telecom and wireless industries.
Grant joins CRDN as the Network's new national sales manager for the Western U.S., working directly in support of CRDN businesses in seven states and is a 20-year veteran of the insurance industry and has experience as both a motivational speaker and sales consultant, the release noted.
"Shawn's expertise in employee development will enhance our ability to offer a specialized training approach that considers each of the unique needs of our clients, customers, staff and franchises," said Wayne Wudyka, CRDN’s chief executive officer (CEO).
"Similarly, David's diverse skill set and knowledge base will benefit our local operations in the western U.S. and play a key role in support of our overall customer service objectives," Wudyka added.
