LOS ANGELES — The 25th anniversary printing of the Woven Treasures calendar will soon go to print and is available now for custom print orders, according to a press release.

“This is an advertising rug wall calendar that successful rug retailers and cleaners have promotionally given out [to customers, etc.] for 24 years as a highly targeted technique for building repeat and referral business,” said Paul Shaper Productions owner Paul Shaper, who just returned from a trip to Asia with wife Tammy where they photographed images for the new calendar.

The Woven Treasures calendars offer images of world-class antique and contemporary rugs within a functional wall calendar that also keeps a business topmost in a customer’s mind as they look at it frequently.

“It offers target marketing at its finest,” Serafian’s Oriental Rugs’ Joe Gabel said in the release. “I can’t think of a more business-specific gift for a rug customer… No matter how hi-tech my customers are, they treasure the calendar and look forward to it every year.”

Custom printed calendars range from $2.50 to $8.25 each, and non-custom calendars are available as well. Orders placed by October 9 receive special perks, including early delivery by late October, lower pricing, 1,000 color “Care & Clean” brochures or “Rug Buyers Guides”.
