BIRMINGHAM, AL — Cleanfax, the leading media choice of cleaning and restoration professionals, has made recent adjustments to its editorial team.
Jeff Cross, who has worked for Cleanfax as the senior editor for more than 10 years, was promoted to executive editor of the Cleanfax brand. In addition to running the editorial team at Cleanfax, Cross is an industry trainer and an IICRC-approved instructor, spending much of his time with end-users. This allows Cleanfax to sharpen its editorial focus, ensuring all of its articles, features and technical tips are based on what the industry requests.
Additionally, Amanda Hosey has been hired as the publication’s new assistant editor. Hosey will play an integral role in developing,writing and researching news and online exclusive content for both the monthly print publication and each day on Cleanfax.com. She has more than five years of experience in communications, with previous experience including editor-in-chief for Tower magazine and co-editor for the Cent Journal series. She also has experience as an adjunct instructor of English composition at Florida International University.
According to Cross, Hosey was selected as the publication’s new assistant editor because of her experience in media combined with a strong understanding of editing and advanced writing skills.
