LUDLOW, MA — The Butler Corporation reports that it goes above and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction, even offering customers an additional $1000 above reimbursement if they are unsatisfied with their Butler System, according to a press release.

"Our commitment to customer satisfaction begins when you first receive your new or pre-owned Butler System," The company says in the release. "Our prime focus is the total satisfaction of each and every customer."

Butler vows that if, for any reason, a customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase, the company will reimburse the cost of the machine, remove it from the vehicle, reimburse the deposit and honor the company's travel credit, in addition to the $1000 additional compensation.

Customers wishing to trade- or cash-in a 15-year-old or newer Butler System or van can do so at any time during ownership, even while financed or leased, through Butler's Guarantee Buy Back Program.
