Convincing someone that a liquid cleaning agent is much better than a powder can be compared to convincing a carpenter that a composite-handled hammer is much better than one made from wood.

The determining factor here is that it becomes a matter of personal preference.

Sometimes, the real advantage of one over the other may be far too small that many of us would not be concerned when we go about our daily routines of satisfying the customer first, before ever considering these smaller details.

Writing in favor of powders

We have owned a cleaning company for 30 years and I can tell you from a manufacturing and cleaning point of view that powders are far superior over liquids.

If you ask any of our old-timers at the cleaning company which they prefer (powders or liquids) they will tell you they prefer powdered cleaners.

Quality powders dilute easily, will save strokes and reduce spotting, and will clean better with less effort than liquids. The reason is that you cannot build a liquid cleaner as well as you can a powdered cleaner.
